Michael Korsinsky is a founding partner at Korsinsky & Klein, LLP. He manages the firm’s litigation groups, which include matters before various courts as well as those matters before administrative tribunals at various government agencies. He concentrates and dedicates most of his time to construction litigation, Elder Law, and Health Law matters. Michael is involved in various community work including pro bono matters for various organizations. In fact, he was honored at the 66th annual dinner at the Guardians of the Sick annual dinner, on December 15, 2018. He Received the Lev V'Nefesh Award and a Citation of Honor by the New York City Council for this award.
In this pro bono case, Michael was successful in securing the release of the decedent to the mother for burial under Jewish law. the decedent's former girlfriend wanted him cremated and was willing to release the body to the family for a large sum of money. in the special proceeding in New York, Michael was successful in having the body released to the family without making any such payment., 2011
Michael has represented various not-for-profit organizations on elder law and end-of-life issues. Particularly, he addressed successfully several high-profile end-of-life cases in New York against one of the largest hospitals in New York City. , 2019
