My name’s David Centeno and although I’m an attorney, first and foremost I’m a human being. I represent people just like you – husbands and wives, mothers and fathers, sons and daughters.

As I was born and raised in New York City, I intrinsically possess the toughness that’s required to ensure your rights are protected. I’m proud to serve as a divorce and family lawyer throughout New York State. I use my hard-earned experience and unique skill set to help you get through your divorce or family law situation, which can be a very stressful time.

I’m not just a New York divorce lawyer — I’m also a New York family man. As a husband and father of two, I know and appreciate the value of family. I understand what you have at stake and will work hard to protect you and your family through this highly emotional legal process.

After graduating from New York University, I attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, located in New York City. I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Cardozo and was admitted to practice law that same year. I also have been admitted to federal practice in the Southern District of New York.
